Bastion Hill is one of the defensive wa???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????.ll, more commonly known as the Barbican. The Bastion is a Renaissance-style defensive structures. They consist of a tower installed in the city wall, and underground gun and a connecting corridor. Bastion was built in the first half of the 17th century German military engineer Friedrich Getkanto. The building suffered during the wars with Moscow in the middle of the 17th century. Here you can admire the view of the Old Town.
